As the World of Darkness ages, the old places of power slowly vanish;
Nowhere is this loss felt so gravely as in the vast and murky oceans.
Now, the kindred, shifters, fae and wraiths that depend on that power
are inevitably forced into ever closer proximity and conflict.
Based on White Wolf's Old World of Darkness,
all four above types are available as player characters.
